Sinopse:

O jornalista Hayato Mikogami que retorna à sua cidade natal ,Otomo, para investigar estranhos rumores de assassinatos feitos por um homem usando uma máscara de caveira. Atado firmemente a uma fotógrafa, Kiriko Mamiya, os dois logo descobrem várias cadeias de conexões entre as vítimas, uma empresa local pharmaeccutical, uma nova seita religiosa e meia misteriosa, criaturas metade animal, que perambulam pelas ruas a noite fora a procura de sangue.

1 - The Town Where the Mask Dances

Journalist Hayato Mikogami arrives in his hometown and begins investigating the enigmatic Skull Man. However, he runs into his target sooner than expected.
